Your app will continue to run until the end of its current billing period (e.g. end of your current billing month or year), then at this time the app will be deactivated.
AppBuilder Pro and AppBuilder Pro+ plans require the creation of your own Developer accounts to submit your iOS and Android apps to the App Stores. Apple charges an annual fee of $99 for this and Google charges a one-off fee of $25.
Yes, you can upgrade your account to AppBuilder Pro or AppSmart at any time, or downgrade to AppBuilder from AppBuilder Pro, with 30 days notice.
Any web content or web link can be embedded into the app. ie if you use a web widget like OpenTable for bookings, this can be integrated into your app.
The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) allows you to see a full list of all your customers who are using the app, including all their details and app actions. App actions consist of any action a customer takes within the app, eg orders, purchases, bookings, messages, forms completed, loyalty earned etc. Additionally you can also send one-2-one messages and create customer groups, to allow messaging to defined customer types.
